• Booking is not valid unless confirmed by email. The customer has the obligation to check the details of the reservation and, if accurate, we will be provide with a reservation number.

• The rate that the company and the customer have negotiated and agreed with and relating to the specific service does not include fines or other additional charges. An additional fee will apply only in cases where the customer requires more time and / or there is a change in the agreed destination (eg different destination).

• Payment can be made in cash or by bank deposit upon customer's agreement with the company.

• The company guarantees the timely attendance of the taxi in the appointment with the customer as well as the timely arrival of the customer at the designated destination. The driver will not be held responsible for delays that may arise without his own fault (eg unexpected traffic on the road, bad weather conditions, etc.).

• We monitor flights for any delays and no additional charges will apply at the customer if there are delays during his arrival.

• If the customer fails to meet the company's driver outside the airport's arrivals building, then is kindly requested to inform the company before leaving the airport. If this does not happen, the customer will be held liable for non-compliance with the transfer agreement. Our company, once informed by the customer, will contact the driver to solve any problems that have arisen.

• Cancellations made to the company up to 24 hours before the scheduled service by the customer will not have any penalty fee.

• Cancellations made by the customer to the company less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will have a penalty of a 20% as a cancellation fee.

• The company's driver will assist with the luggage of the customer but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the luggage.

• Our vehicle is a family-type sedan car (Mercedes S-class). It can carry up to 4 passengers (maximum by law). The vehicle can carry 2 X hand luggage: 22 x 18 x 10in or 56 x 45 x 25cm (maximum weight: 10kg) and 02 Medium suitcases: 35.5 x 29.5 x 16in or 90 x 75 x 43cm (maximum weight: 25kg).

• The customer has the obligation to inform the company about the exact number of passengers and their luggage so that the choice of the vehicle is appropriate for the customer's needs.

• Infants and children are considered as passengers and the customer is required to inform the company about the age of the infant/child in order to select the right seat for his personal safety.

• Drivers have the right to refuse to carry more luggage in the taxi if they believe they endanger the safety of the route.

• Drivers have the right to refuse to board to customers who have used alcohol and/or drugs or threaten the physical integrity of the driver or other passengers or even endanger the safety of the route or cause damage to the vehicle.

• Drivers of the company and all taxi drivers are not allowed by law to accompany the customer to archaeological sites or museums as tour guides as they do not have the necessary tourist license. If the customer wishes a professional tour with a licensed guide, the company can arrange it and inform the customer accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• Our company will accept the cancellation if it is at least 24 hours prior to the transfer.

• The cancellation must be sent via an e-mail and for which you will receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

• Cancellations made to the company up to 24 hours before the scheduled service by the customer will not have any penalty fee.

• Cancellations made by the customer to the company less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will have a penalty of a 20% as a cancellation fee.

• A refund from the company will not be made in the following case: No refund is made if the passenger does not appear at the designated meeting point.

Non-Show policy

• "Not show" is a condition in which the customer is not at the designated point at the specific date at the agreed time.

• If a transfer is not performed ('Non-Show) it will be charged in full as if the service was successful.

• If the customer has paid only part of the total amount and does not show for the transfer, the remaining amount will be charged to the customer's card.

• If the customer provides a wrong address and time of departure or no address at all during the online booking process, the "no-show" rule applies.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a pickup address that will be accessible to the selected vehicle.

Accepting the reservation from our company

Reservations for transfers/services are confirmed as soon as all the required details have been provided by the customer by sending an e-mail or by completing the relevant reservation form.

• Beverage or toilet stops and cigarette breaks

Tipping the driver

• Tip is not included and is not part of any rate. The custom tip is 10%

Corporate responsibility

• Our company is required to perform all services responsibly and professionally according to the laws of Greece where the services will be provided.

• Oral agreements between the customer and our company must be confirmed in a written form (e-mail), otherwise, they are considered invalid.

• Our company is not responsible for delays in arrival or departure caused by unforeseen circumstances such as increased traffic, extremely bad weather, floods, storms, fires and so on (force majeure) and is not obliged to compensate passengers.

• Customers traveling by other means of transport should leave enough time between each service from the end of the transfer until the time of departure with the other means of transport.

• If our vehicle is not available for any reason, our company can perform the service using another suitable vehicle of the same category.
